CNC MILLING

Our 2 CNC machining centres, a Bridgeport VMC 600X [22-ATC] (Travel - 600mm x 410mm x 520mm) at max 12,000rpm and a Deckel Maho DMC 63V [24-ATC] (Travel - 630mm x 500mm x 500mm) at max 8,000rpm are operated with programming done by our team of experience CAD/CAM engineers.

To ensure complex shape accuracy and maintaining critical dimensions, the latest 3D CAD/CAM (Delcam’s PowerMILL & PowerSHAPE) software programs are used for these manufacturing processes.
