She has many years of valuable experience in mailroom operations and customer relationship management. Ms Tang’s customer service orientated style together with her goal minded approach to given assignments is an asset since it is the Company’s objectives and business to provide unquestionable commitment for completion of mail service assignments with a predetermined time schedule.

CHONG CHENG TONG

Chief Finance Officer

He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute Of Management Accountants, United Kingdom. He holds a Master Degree in Economics from University Putra Malaysia. He has over 15 years experience as financial officer and manager in stockbroking, investment banking and business process outsourcing industries. He began his career in 1993 as management trainee with Hong Leong Group. He held the position of Finance Manager with HLG Securities Sdn Bhd before joining ECM Libra Bhd in 2004 as Group Finance Manager. He joined Efficient Group in January 2007.

CHOOI OI YING

Head of Customer Service & Account Management

She has many years of experience in administration of an office environment spending over 10 years as an office manager coordinating the various departments within the organization. Her competency in administration has added value and effectiveness in managing the data printing division and her numerous years of exposure in the corporate environment has given her an insight and understanding of the needs and requirements of various industries. Furthermore, she has served in the banking industry in one of the foreign banks prior joining our group of companies. Her unyielding commitment, integrity and dedication to fulfill customer’s expectations have resulted in the company gaining confidence of its clients.

STEVEN CHEAH HON YIN

Chief Technology Officer

He is a known software industry leader with over 19 years of experience in Software Development. He is a practicing consultant for software architecture and continue to deliver technology implementation leadership, consulting and assistance in the field of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) with internal projects and also as a consultant, to clients such as Bank Negara Malaysia. He was previously Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft Singapore. He led the Microsoft .NET developer team to help Microsoft customers implement the Microsoft’s .NET platform in enterprise applications in Singapore. He has extensive experience particularly in distributed middleware-based systems, and was instrumental in handling such projects as for EMC and Ministry of Manpower. He managed projects and architecture systems with the Singapore Land Transport Authority, Ministry of Defense, Singapore Airlines, DBS bank, Inland Revenue Authority, Telekom Malaysia, SingTel, Capital Land and Singapore Mass Rapid Transport.

WILLIAM KOH KIM PENG

Head of Business Development

He is a graduate from the University of South Australia, Adelaide with a major in Banking and Finance and obtained his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Staffordshire, United Kingdom via Asia Pacific In Information Technology (APIIT) college. Since his return from Australia in 1996, he started his career with OCBC Bank (M) Berhad. He has a vast and diverse banking experience in many sectors of banking i.e. finance products, recovery, consumer banking and corporate banking. He has also serve with AmBank (M) Berhad as an Assistant Vice President in Business Banking, gaining vast market exposure. With his expertise, market knowledge and extensive networking, he has been instrumental in developing and cultivating the group’s business especially in the financial institutions environment. He also plays an important role in providing advice for best practices of corporate loans for the group.
